2 or 3
Two or three sessions a week
The gazetted tariff covers 2 sessions a week. Some reports say SHA covers 3 sessions. We have not confirmed a newer gazette notice.
Ask your centre and SHA how many sessions SHA pays for you.
Above the SHA limit
The Emergency, Chronic and Critical Illness Fund covers haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplant. The cover depends on the budget allocation.
