Privacy notice

This notice explains what data we hold and why. It follows the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

Patients

We do not collect personal or health details from patients. You contact centres directly. The holiday dialysis tool builds a message in your browser. We do not store the dates or the centres you choose.

Centres and suppliers

When you claim a listing or ask for a quote, we keep these details:

Your name, role, work email and work phone.
Your organisation and the county.
Your message.

We use these details to check your claim, to reply and to send a quote. We do not sell them. We keep them while the business relationship continues, and for the time the tax law requires.

Listing corrections

The correction form does not ask for your name or contact details. Do not include health details in it.

Cookies

We use one cookie that keeps forms secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
